Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Troubled stock content agency, EyeEm, is shutting down all operations with a final closure date of Jan. 16, 2026. The company, which filed for bankruptcy in 2023, was acquired by Freepik, but is now ceasing to exist as a separate entity.

Photographers have the option to migrate their content to Freepik’s platform. If they do not opt-in, their images will be removed from EyeEm and partner agencies like Getty Images after the closure date.

Existing subscriptions will not auto-renew beyond the current billing cycle. Those on annual plans will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their plan after Jan. 16, 2026.
